The film, produced by Shah Rukh Khan will have the actor playing himself in the movie.

Only recently, Ameesha Patel was to play a part in this one, but she opted out of the film because she felt that her role was insignificant. Hottie Lara Dutta has stepped into Ameesha’s shoes.

Given that Lara is on a high after the success of Partner and got some appreciation for Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, she will definitely not succumb to any aaltu-faltu role.

So Amu’s ‘insignificant’ excuse is just not digestible. And with her being rather ‘insignificant’ on the Bollywood circuit right now, we’re not so sure if she should be rubbing some people the wrong way.
