for completing offers, you may/may not need a cc(it will not be charged) depeding on the offer.
per offer, i will pay minimum 1$ and maximum 25 $
For advertising at different places, if you get people where you advertise to complete the offer, i will pay accordingly.
payments will be done monthly via Paypal, Alertpay, money order, DD and Egold or any other way you want.
Minimum Payout 100 $(it is easy as 4 good offers you complete, you earn 100 $)
Payouts are twice a month.
