One should help them if they are needy everyone is not taking advantage so you should not quit saying that

Well, here in our country you can see kids scattered around, selling anything in the street, but you can see their parents at the back of the building, playing cards and gambling, sometimes, u can see the kids here, using solvent, so sometimes, helping them is not a solution anymore, coz, we are only driving them to become lazy and use u in their needs. We can help, yes, but only in some occasions. Not all the time.

Yes we should help in some occasions. Thats why I dont give cash I give them food to eat only. So they cannot gamble
