Friends somebody hacked my yahoo ID and changed personal information too

I am very sad today. I remember security question's but what is the use of that when Zip code, Date of birth are changed. Please help.

Please help me. When I am trying to recover it is asking for date of birth, Zip postal code first but there is no option for security questions.

It will go farther into issues, Use security Quest Next Time or Atleast make sure all information are HARD to hack

I don't think you can get it back unless you have your date of birth, pin code and security question with you

I dont think it can be recovered since the hacker could of Changed everything and Yahoo probably wont release it because of there privacy policy, Do they even have a 1-800 or 1-888 or a 1-866... what about a 1-900 Number to call?

well, I don't think then there's anything you could do... !! I guess he was not any stanger hacker but your someone from known relations !! Just my guess ok.. coz noone is REALLY so interested in just hacking for fun and changing your passwords..

it is serious issue guys same was happened with me
but now yahoo has started the signature image setting which is more secure

You can only reli on the security test that yahoo provides for forgot password thing... there is no other option according to me on the net to get your I.D back... :|

u can't do nothing dude

just make sure that , all the services that u registered with that ID
change the mail address @ those services, else he'll also hack ur other ID's.
