when you will get up in the morning?

I think it is hard to get up in the moring, sometimes I can sleep till 10:00 am,but it is only happened on weekend, I have to wake up at 6:30 am or 7:00 am , what about you?

It depends on which shift I am into. If I sleep by 2 am then I get up at 9 am. At weekends, I get up at 10 to 11 am. Sometimes, I feel that this schedule will not help me stay healthy in the long run.

I have to get up at 7:30 in the morning. Usualy I stay awake till 1-2 o'clock.

Normally when at home, i wake up at 10 but when at hostel, i have to wake up at 6 itself

I think so, if you want to be more healthy, you had better to make a more stable shedule.

I think you had better to sleep more ,as it is really good to your healthy.
if you could not have good sleep always, you might feel tired on work.

It really depens on whether I have too stand up for something or just want it for myselve. If I have to go somewhere I can stand up easily but if I want to wake up early for myselve I have problems with it.
