Who will direct the 'Krrish' sequel?

Reports are that Rakesh Roshan may not direct his son Hrithik Roshan in the sequel of Krrish .

Yes, reports are that the Roshan senior wants Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra to direct the ‘Krrish’ sequel, while he himself will be the producer of the film.

This is because after the success of Rang De Basanti , Roshan was keen to do a film with Mehra. Since Roshan is not directing it, he thinks only Mehra can do justice to the film.

But Mehra will start the sequel only after completing Delhi 6 that will have Sonam Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan .

It is also said that the first draft of the ‘Krrish’ sequel hadn't shaped up well and Roshan's team is working on a new script.

According to the old script however, Hrithik in this film was supposed to play three characters and one of the three was supposed to be negative.

One wonders if there'll be a change in storyline with the second draft of the script.

Roshan plans to commence the movie sometime next year.
