I myself personally would vote for Bobby Deol ... i feel he is the most under-rated actor that bollywood has as of now.

i would say ritesh & shreyas , both are underrated actors ,
both have so much talent .

i wanted to take neil's name but since he have done only 1 movie , its unfair to take his name
