where you got the offer $5 for two VCC ? I think the price is already cheap for me, I am also trying to find some good offer to buy cheap VCC and verify my paypal account now .
but I could not find really good offer till now.

well i got it from one of my friend... but it's $6 for two now and $4 for one...

Sorry bro the offer is no more valid now.. The new rates are Paypal VCC - $5.5
Instant activation of both are online... Out of these $5.5 you will get back $1.95 after verification so effective price is just $3.55 which is still too cheap

yes it's instant if you and me both are online

... What you need it a card number cvv2 number (both I will give) and then after verifying paypal asks for EXPUSE number which will I will give you again after your verification is done. So it's instant only
