Why pap pal asked for VISA Card No. .... they will send Cheque in my address or direct ECS with my Account from which this VISA operated.

dude paypal doesn't send cheques if you are in India... You can withdraw the amount in your bank however. Paypal acts as a mediator between your bank and your buyer. Also they don't need any specific VISA or MASTERCARD. All they need is a credit card for verification. They accept debit cards too but ONLY if you are from US.. For india only credit cards are accepted !!

If you don't have a credit card and want to get verified you can do so by using Virtual Credit Card (VCC) which are available from $6 - $10... I can give you one for $5.5... Just PM me.. You will get back $1.95 out of these $5.5 after verification. THANKS !
