We need to do it like this, post a thread with picture and ask people to give reps and replies if they want to see more pictures. So if you have good amount of reputation and posts may be you can become a mod or super mod......

I saw that, i only wanted to bring up examples, but i say the rules need to be posted up in the announcements where everyone can see it by enabling group announcements and pasting the rules there, Enable the infraction system and that will bring some concerns

well i forgot there are permissions that can be set but thats why i professionally get my moderators trained on my board before they ARE moderators, but i guess your permission settings are different but your suppose to be able to close a topic, stick it, and etc
