Please friends explain what is rep .. and how it will gain me ... i always see repped you repped ... and how can i do that

see manav , can u see a green image( tarazu like) in your profile , people will use that link to give u REP , if they liked ur work

Reputation is gained when you post something interesting or helpful.. You can gain or give reputation anytime but there are some rules for reputation too. You may check the faq for that.
