Who can be our first Prime minister?

I've seen some articles saying that, if Sardar vallabhai patel is our first prime minister,Our country would have developed a lot better than now.Because, he never give preferences to recommendations, full and fully talent basis..He is ready to take strange decisions...,etc...

Whom u think to be our first PM such that, India will develop much more better than now...?
1.Sardar Vallabhai Patel
2.S.C.Bose
3.Others if u have any...
