Thread again only for ADMIN !!

I am sorry admin but I think your moderator really has problems with me and hence I have to come out open like this every often. I am starting this thread again in suggestions section for two reasons:

1. Remove the mod Joni
2. Don't allow anyone without any knowledge to become mod

CASE:

There was a thread started by Joni here regarding paypal ID.. Please go through it. To this Me and Harshad just replied "What a n00b question?" which sure is if your moderator asks what is one's paypal ID !! And Joni sent both of us a warning saying that this is insult !!.. (see this post)
Every forum allows certain freedom to it's users and what we said was surely not against any forum rules. It is only because of this Joni-the mod that he creates problems everywhere. Other members are either silent or don't know about rules in details and hence don't shout like me. But I am completely aware of all the rules (surely more than Joni as I was admin at two forums till now).
I request the admin to please understand this and remove him from mod position. The basic duty of mod is to moderate the forum. But I don't think this forum will lose anything or get disorganized if he's isn't there. The job what he's doing anyone can do (newbie too) because he himself is newbie in this field) Sorry joni but it is true !!
If he thinks he has done right, please I ask him to come forward and answer my all questions.

P.S. I have already contacted him via PM before writing this post and like last time he didn't reply to my PM''s

Respected admin,

I agree with Amol but I am not against any individual.
But the moderator(JoniMontana) on our forum should change his behavior.
If he want to warn us for a "genuine" reason then he should have told us earlier instead of writing in public forum to just create some mess over there and to show that he is superior than all other members.

By doing it in public forum we both are insulted and I will not tolerate this again and please tell the moderator to improve his English also,the language which he use in the forum is not proper for a moderator.......just a request!

well i too think this ain't fair for the members , i don't think that they deserve this warning . ( i know wat are mod's responsibilities very well)
BTW i think , there's no need to fire the mod, just make him clear about the rules

THANKS a lot to both of you guys for supporting me. Even me don't 'really' oppose he being moderator if he changes his behaviour. I brought the issue publicly so that all of us here know what he is doing and might open up with their respective problems (if any) but are just keeping silent because they fear he is moderator.

I know admin had listened to my problems last time too and made unbiased and correct decision. I expect him to again make such decosion thus time too.

Where is Joni after this ?? I haven't seen him since then. His profile says: "Last Activity: 02-21-2008 08:04 PM. I request admin to atleast uplift mine and harshads infraction if Joni is not going to come or has any problem. THANKS !!
